How to Donate Memorabilia to the Archives

Preserving the history of the College of Nursing requires commitment from many individuals and organizations. Through our Legacy Project initiative, the College of Nursing has committed resources to preserving its legacy of excellence in nursing education. Now, you have an opportunity to play a major role in our preservation effort. Many items that were once used everyday on campus and in clinical experiences are now treasured memorabilia in the homes of alumni, former faculty and staff and their families.

Books	Personal Memoirs
Diaries	Photographs
Event invitations, programs, etc.	Uniforms
Letters	Yearbooks, Scrapbooks, etc.
Medical Equipment

In order to donate your material, you will need to fill out a Deed of Gift and Accessioning Questionnaire, which may be sent in with your donation. These forms are available below or you may request a mailed Deed of Gift packet from the archivist.
