Faculty Positions

Position: OPS Adjunct Teaching Faculty I

Responsibilities: Teach online graduate nursing courses in the Psychiatric/Mental Health Certificate Program. Collaborate with faculty and graduate students to plan and facilitate learning experiences; guide and monitor student learning; evaluate student learning outcomes; and post grades to the University grading system.

 

Qualifications: Advanced practice RN license as an advanced practice family nurse practitioner with psychiatric/mental health experience or psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner. National certification as a family nurse practitioner or psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner. At least 18 hours at the graduate level of courses in nursing. A minimum of 3 years clinical experience as a psychiatric/mental health practitioner and a minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a graduate nursing program. This position requires the finalist to complete a criminal background check.
