Schedule

This academic map is designed to guide you from freshman admission to graduation in four years. To graduate on time, you must complete the milestones by the end of each semester. The nursing major is a limited access major, which means that admission is competitive. Following this map, you will apply for admission to the College of Nursing during the spring semester of your sophomore year. Students will receive a warning if their grade point average is below a 2.8 at the end of the Fall semester (freshman year), below a 3.0 at the end of subsequent semesters (freshman and sophomore years), and/or other milestones are not completed. The minimum GPA required to apply for admission is a 3.0 overall GPA and a 3.0 science prerequisite GPA. Students must pass all nursing prerequisites and major courses with a grade of C or better. A grade of C ranges from 75-79 in the College of Nursing.
