Admission and Prerequisites
Students applying to the RN to BSN Program offered by the College of Nursing must meet both the University and College of Nursing program entrance requirements before they will be considered for admission. This program is available in an online format throughout the state of Florida and the College of Nursing accepts applications ONLY for the Spring semester (Application Deadline – October 1).
University Requirements
Students must meet all general transfer admission requirements for The Florida State University.

Clinical Requirements
Students accepted to the online RN to BSN program will also be required to submit specified clinical documentation prior to the first day of the first semester of enrollment. Upon initial enrollment, all students must:
If a student's background checks reveal violations resulting in the student's inability to be placed in a clinical agency and/or access to patients in an agency, a student may be dismissed from the program.
