Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Expand enrollment of BSN program
- Launch Student Success Center
- Expand and modernize Nursing Simulation Center
- Strengthen partnership with healthcare system partners
Doctorate in Nursing Practice
- Expand FNP, AGACNP, PMHNP programs
- 2 New Programs Tracks: Executive Health Systems Leadership & Lifestyle Medicine
- Expand DNP projects to include quality improvement projects with healthcare system partners
Research
- Significant growth in tenure track faculty and NIH funding
- 2 New research centers : Institute on Digital Health and Innovation, Brain Science and Symptom Management Center
- PHD in Nursing Science expected Fall 2023, pending BOG approval
- Center of Population Sciences for Health Equity awarded only Nursing-led 14.5 million NIH FIRST grant
Diversity Equity and Inclusion
- Expand outreach and BSN diversity pipeline program
- 14.5 Million NIH Grant: Florida FIRST dedicated to recruit and support diverse and underrepresented research faculty for success in health sciences research
