Artificial Intelligence is shaping the future of every industry, yet women remain underrepresented in its development and leadership. In this interview series we’re speaking with founders, researchers, engineers, executives, and other trailblazers who are shaping the future of AI who can share their stories, insights, and lessons learned. As a part of this series we had the pleasure of interviewing Jing Wang. Jing Wang, PhD, MPH, RN, FAAN, is dean and professor at the Florida State University College of Nursing, which launched the first Master of Science in Nursing focused on Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare Applications. She is co-director of the Nursing and AI Innovation Consortium, which bridges gaps between AI, nursing education, and clinical practice. Under her leadership, FSU also became the only nursing school to partner with the Coalition for Health AI (CHAI) to launch a micro-credential program in Responsible AI for nurses.
