Joseph Frascella is currently the Chief Clinical Research Officer jointly for FSU and TMH. Prior to this position, he was the Vice President of Research at for Legacy Health, where he directed the biomedical and translational research programs for the Legacy Research Institute in Portland, Oregon. He spent most of his career at the National Institutes of Health in various positions of extramural research administration and leadership overseeing large basic and clinical research programs at the National Institute on Drug Abuse. He has held faculty appointments at Brown University and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. His training is in the Neurosciences.
