Karen D. Lipford, PMHNP-C, FNP, EdD, DNP brings more than 30 years of experience in nursing practice and academia. The primary focus of her career has been in mental health care, both inpatient and outpatient settings with populations ranging from ages of 4 years to seniors. Research interests have included cancer screening activities of rural women, indicators of success in a nursing program, and mental health care.
