While doing research for Master’s degree in Nursing Education was introduced to the concept of deliberate practice. This practice concept fits well into the education of students who are expected to be proficient in the performance of skills required by their profession. Have integrated this method of education into my classes. The students gain confidence as they gain proficiency.
