Please note: Membership is restricted to current College of Nursing research faculty and their support staff.
Purpose: To be completed before initiating a new proposal submission.
Purpose: For use when initiating a project with a vendor (individual, business, non-profit, etc.) that is not yet set up in FSU's PaymentWorks system.
Purpose: To be submitted when a faculty member plans to attend a peer-reviewed conference and wishes to be considered for funding opportunities within the College of Nursing.
Note: All applicants must first apply for the Faculty Travel Grant through the Office of the Provost to be considered for travel funding.
Purpose: For use in research projects where human subjects are utilized.
Purpose: For use in planning and calculating costs for internal research projects.
