The Office of Student Services hosts information sessions and Simulation Lab tours for any prospective student interested in learning more about the FSU College of Nursing.
Information sessions are designed for prospective students applying to the Pre-Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) programs. During each session, advisors:
- Review FSU equivalents for the Florida Common Prerequisites and General Education requirements.
- Suggest involvement and service opportunities.
- Provide an overview of the college's programs, including application deadlines for Spring, Summer and Fall admission.
- Outline what to expect each semester, including academic progress checks, program clearance costs, and the daily tutoring and study resources available for end-of-semester HESI exams and the NCLEX licensure exam.
Tours include a visit to the college's Simulation Lab.
