The FSU College of Nursing’s Office of Student Success offers information sessions and guided tours for prospective students interested in the Pre-Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) programs. During these sessions, advisors review Florida Common Prerequisite and General Education course equivalents, discuss involvement and service opportunities, and provide an overview of the nursing programs, including application timelines for Spring, Summer and Fall admission. Attendees also learn what to expect throughout the program, including academic progress checks, program clearance costs, and academic support resources such as tutoring and preparation for the HESI exams and the final RN licensure NCLEX exam. Prospective students can request to attend a tour or information session by completing the online request form, after which a College of Nursing Student Success representative will follow up with available dates, location details and parking information.
