International Transcripts Evaluation
Students with international transcripts are required to have their documents evaluated by an approved member listed on the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) website. Previously, the evaluation was conducted through organizations listed on the NACES website.
The Office of Admissions will be utilizing SpanTran to evaluate international transcripts. Henceforth, all applicants are required to have their transcripts evaluated specifically by SpanTran. When applying for the program in SLATE, this requirement will automatically be added to the application checklist, guiding applicants to fulfill this evaluation through SpanTran.
For more information and guidance regarding this new evaluation process, please refer to the SpanTran website.
If you have any inquiries or need assistance, please visit our international admissions FAQ.
Should you have any further questions regarding the transcript evaluation process or need clarification, please contact our College of Nursing graduate admissions office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Preceptor Tuition Waiver
As an approved FSU CON preceptor, you can request a waiver of 6 credit hours for every 300 hours of precepting completed. Preceptors play a crucial role in guiding nursing students through their education and development, and this initiative acknowledges and supports their contributions.
