The FSU College of Nursing Student Success Center provides student-centered interventions to identify gaps in student learning and academic support services through academic coaching and supplemental instruction.
Group Academic Sessions
Supplement instruction to support nursing curriculum available throughout the semester. The Student Success calendar strategically provides space for students to develop study groups supervised by our Director of Student Success.

Individual Academic Coaching
Individual Academic Coaching focuses on early intervention to develop a plan for success. Individual sessions can focus on time management, testing strategies, test anxiety, critical thinking skills and implementation of active study strategies.

Elsevier Support
Innovative solutions from Elsevier are designed to help students meet their academic goals. Elsevier products are used throughout the curriculum including Sherpath with Elsevier Adaptive Quizzing (EAQ) to engage students as they develop clinical judgment skills and prepare for Health Education Systems Incorporated (HESI) Specialty and Comprehensive Predictor Exit Exam (CPEE) and state licensure examination Next Generation NCLEX. Elsevier Tutorials and support are available online.
